BE KNIT will gladly replace an item for another if you wish to exchange a purchased item you are dissatisfied with, within 48 hours from the date of purchase. This excludes offer and clearance sale items.

Contact us via 0798298326, with your order number within 48 hrs of receiving the item, to enable us to preplan and deliver to you on time. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed in their original condition, original packaging, and with original tags attached.

Finally, Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays.
